4. Your obligations are:
   
   
       I.        (b) make any part of the Content or Materials or of the Services available to any third party other than the Authorised Users, except as permitted under this agreement or authorised by us in writing;
   
       (c) Alter any part of the Content or Materials or Services; or
    
       (d) Purport to assign or otherwise dispose of your rights under this agreement.

The term of the Subscription Contract is for the period (Subscription Period) nominated on the subscription form, agreed over the phone or through some other means of official communication, which corresponds with the subscription amount paid.
